Loft Frankie
A small industrial loft where the bedroom is raised above the living room to free up the whole floor.
Thinking in section
In a small footprint, height is everything: a bedroom box on columns frees the ground floor for daytime living.
Industrial character
Steel beams, timber ceilings and workshop windows are kept as the memory of the building.
Colour
Reds and purples in textiles and furniture give personality to a bright white base.
