Loft Gràcia II
A second home in the same industrial building in Gràcia: a double-height space crossed by a light steel stair.
Double height
The loft uses the full height of the old workshop: living areas on the ground floor and the main bedroom on an open mezzanine overlooking the lounge.
Material and colour
Recovered stone and brick walls sit alongside white surfaces and timber floors. The linear steel kitchen tucks under the stair.
Renovating with judgement
Keeping the structure, upgrading insulation and services and opening skylights: a renovation that adds comfort without losing character.
